General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – AsiabanDesign
The Asiaban Design brand was founded in 2023 by Ali Asiaban Pour. Since the beginning, we have specialized in car wrapping, paint protection films (PPF), professional detailing, polishing and ceramic coatings, offering modern, high-quality services.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and services provided by AsiabanDesign – Ali Asiaban Pour in the areas of car wrapping, paint protection film (PPF), professional detailing, polishing, and ceramic coatings. • Car Wrapping – Color changes and individual designs using high-quality materials
• PPF (Paint Protection Film) – Protection against scratches and external influences
• Professional Detailing & Interior Cleaning
• Polishing – Restoration and enhancement of paint shine
• Ceramic Coatings – Long-term protection and surface refinement
2. Conclusion of the contract
A contract is only valid if confirmed in writing or via email.
Verbal agreements are not valid.
3. Prices and Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon placement of the order.
• The remaining 50% is payable in cash or by bank transfer upon delivery of the vehicle.
• Without a deposit, the contract is considered void.
4. Service provision
The work will be carried out to the best of our knowledge and belief, and in accordance with current best practices.
Agreed-upon deadlines will be met; however, minor deviations are possible.
5. Withdrawal / Cancellation
• Cancellation of the contract is only possible if it is made at least 72 hours before the start of work and no materials have yet been ordered for the customer.
• Once materials have been ordered or specially manufactured for the customer, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the customer will be charged 30% of the total amount.
6. Liability
We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper handling or maintenance of the vehicle after the service has been performed.
The respective manufacturer is solely liable for material or manufacturing defects in the products used.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty applies unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of AsiabanDesign.
